About David

With over thirty-five years of ministry experience, David Grant has faithfully served alongside some of America’s most innovative churches—including Perimeter Church (PCA) in Atlanta, Irving Bible Church in DFW, and 12Stone Church in Atlanta. His leadership has spanned Next Gen ministry, high school pastoring, and co-architecting a house church movement, always with a focus on relational discipleship and gospel impact.

David’s ministry is built on trust, empathy, and deep connection. He brings strategic insight and spiritual wisdom to churches and leaders navigating seasons of transition, growth, or weariness. Having personally walked through seasons of exhaustion and identity loss in ministry, David is passionate about creating customized, gospel-centered pathways that support the emotional and spiritual health of pastors and teams.

Through Life2Life Strategies, David provides relational, strategic, and flexible coaching that helps church leaders lead from a place of health, clarity, and Kingdom purpose.

What people are saying

Suzy Bates

Executive Pastor - Pulpit Rock Church
Colorado Springs, CO

“Leadership coaching with David Grant was an answer to prayer and a deeply influential presence in a very pivotal season of my leadership. His relational coaching style set the table for all of the right conversations around my unique leadership wiring and helped me identify opportunities for growth in my unique professional setting. David not only listened intently which provided some true healing for me in a challenging season but he also quickly earned the trust needed to appropriately nudge against patterns or ideas that needed to be refined. Simply put, David’s coaching has made me a more confident, compassionate, and holistic leader.”

Dan Reiland

Leadership Coach and Church Consultant

“David always brings wisdom to the table. He possesses an authentic love for the Body of Christ, and his years of local Church leadership enable him to guide your strategic planning to better mobilize your congregation into the community. Whenever David engages your team, you will have a sense that he cares about you as much as your vision.

“When I'm looking for someone to speak into my life and ministry, as I've asked David to do on more occasions than I can count, I'm valuing three things about that person above all else: integrity (I'm not merely interested in good ideas if the person's life doesn't match what they have to say), exceptional question-asking and listening (I want the input to be responsive to my real needs and context), and insight borne out of experience (I want to know that this input comes from the cauldron of experience). I trust David Grant, as he has proven these three factors to be true over-and-over again in our conversations.”

“David spent just three days with our team, but it felt like he helped us accomplish months of progress. His personal connection with each staff member, thoughtful questions, and engaging exercises brought much-needed clarity and unity. It never felt like a burden—everyone walked away with personal growth and a shared vision to move the kingdom forward together.”
